Time of Contemplation

Well Autumn is now officially upon us and the weather is turning. I love the seasons that we have in the UK, in Autumn I enjoy the cozy evenings and autumnal clothes. I also find this is a great time to reflect on what has happened over the year and start thinking about what I would like to bring in next. I know this can be a busy time, children back at school, work can ramp up but finding time to yourself is important. Look back on the positives of the year, is there anything you would like to do or change before the year ends, or loosely think about what you would like to do more of next year. I want to plan my garden in 2026 and grow vegetables, I'm starting to just think about this rather than actually do anything about it. The idea is being sown in my mind and it feels good to have a few months left at the end of the year to start thinking about how it could look, rather than the pressure we can put on ourselves at New Year to set goals.Try going for a walk in nature to get inspiration, I find this can really help me with reflection too. Enjoy the process if you can and I hope you get some clarity around what you would like to bring in.
