Supporting the People Who Care for Others

Working in care can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also be physically and emotionally demanding. With busy schedules and the needs of others always a priority, finding time to look after our own health and wellbeing can be challenging.
At Women’s Health Hub, I offer practical, engaging wellbeing workshops designed specifically to support frontline care staff. The sessions provide an opportunity to pause, reflect and explore simple ways to support their own health, energy and resilience, both at work and at home.
As a qualified health coach, I’m passionate about helping people understand their health and make realistic, achievable changes that fit into everyday life. My approach is supportive, down-to-earth and focused on practical strategies rather than perfection.
I believe that supporting the wellbeing of those who care for others is an important part of creating healthier, happier and more resilient care teams.
