Pregnancy in White

Supporting you through your pregnancy

Reflexology aims to optimise the physical and emotional health of pregnant women through working on specific reflexology points.

In a study, it was shown that reflexology in pregnancy significantly reduced pain during labour and reduced the length of the first stage of labour (1).

Supporting you after the birth of your baby

Reflexology can help with looking after your own wellbeing whilst you are supporting your baby.

A randomised, controlled study showed that reflexology improved the quality of sleep in post-natal women (2).
