What to expect
Before your first appointment, you will complete a confidential health questionnaire so Helen can gain an understanding of where you are on your fertility journey. This includes your medical history, menstrual cycle, fertility investigations and lifestyle information. Where relevant, your partner's medical history and semen analysis will also be considered.
At your initial consultation, you will have the opportunity to discuss your fertility journey in detail. Helen will provide evidence-informed lifestyle and wellbeing recommendations, where appropriate, to help optimise your health in preparation for pregnancy.
Your reproflexology treatment will then be tailored to your individual needs and your current stage of your menstrual cycle or fertility treatment. Following your consultation, you will receive helpful resources covering areas such as lifestyle, nutrition and wellbeing to support your fertility journey.
If you are undergoing assisted conception, such as IVF or IUI, your treatments will be adapted to support you throughout your treatment cycle.
