Before I started seeing Helen, I was suffering from quite a few menopausal symptoms. These included low mood, lack of energy, feeling stressed, weight gain and I just generally felt I'd lost myself. Helen worked with me over 12 weeks and offered a tailored approach to help manage my symptoms. This was done in a step by step way that was easy to fit in with my daily routine. I found Helen to be a very friendly and warm person and she really took the time to understand my needs. Over the 12 weeks I saw a big improvement in all my symptoms and gradually started to feel so much better in myself. I continue to follow the positive changes Helen helped me implement and now have a much improved quality of life.
