Pre-conception & Fertility Reflexology
(Seren fertility method- Reproreflexology™- trying to get pregnant naturally or assisted conception such as IVF & IUI)
£100 for initial 90-minute consultation then £60 per 60-minute session.
What can you expect:
You will initially fill in a questionnaire before your first session so Helen can understand where you are on your journey. This will include medical history, fertility journey, any test results and current lifestyle for both you and your partner. Then you will meet to discuss you and your partner's information and advice will be given where appropriate to ensure you are doing all you can do to help yourselves in getting pregnant. You will then have a reflexology treatment, relevant to where you are in your cycle. You will receive helpsheets on lifestyle advice and recipes.
