What can you expect
You will fill in a questionnaire before your first session so Helen can understand where you are on your fertility journey. This will include you and your partner's medical history, any blood and semen test results, and current lifestyle information. Then you will meet to discuss you and your partner's information and advice will be given where appropriate to ensure you are both doing all you can to help yourselves to get pregnant. You will then have a reflexology treatment relevant to where you are in your cycle. You will receive helpsheets on lifestyle advice, nutrition and other support. If going through assisted conception (IVF, IUI), you will have treatments to support the process.
