Do you need some support to help you feel healthier, happier, and more energised?

This is about you and your well-being. We discuss any health concerns and look at your current lifestyle, including stress, sleep, nutrition, energy levels, movement, and more.

 

A personalised health plan is then created with actionable steps to reach your goals and a follow-up discussion. You will also receive materials to support you. This package shows you what changes would help you to feel better and you can then make them in your own time.

Balance  

Want to feel happier, calmer and more balanced?

We discuss any health concerns and look at your current lifestyle, including stress, sleep, nutrition, movement, energy levels, work patterns and more. A health plan is then created with manageable steps to reach your goals. You will have more personalised support with accountability and guidance.

 

This package also includes three further sessions in person or on Google Meet and two additional telephone calls to help support you. You will also receive helpsheets and other materials. By the end of our sessions, you will feel motivated, more balanced, and have more energy to move forward.

Optional: There is an optional extra of having your hormones and cortisol levels plus organic acids (Vitamins B6 and B12, and gut health marker and other metabolites tested).

Feeling overwhelmed and out of sorts? Do you find it hard to make decisions and move forward? Have you got no energy?

This package has been designed for you to manage your stress, and to help you to get back to 'yourself'. Whether you are juggling too many balls, work has become too much, low energy is impacting you or your sense of self is being impacted. We will work in a way that empowers you.

I will work with you over 12 weeks to help you to make changes that can have a big impact on your health and sense of self. We will examine key areas of your life, and use tools to explore how you can take steps to turn things around. You will get personalised coaching, helpsheets, recipes, stress management tools and other inspirational tools to support you.

We will look at your diet, movement, breathing, sleep patterns, energy, stress levels, work patterns, and more. By the end of our sessions, you will feel more relaxed, and happier, with an increase in energy and motivation.
