What is Health Coaching?
Health Coaching can give you the support and encouragement to make changes to help you feel better about yourself. It is completely non-judgmental and motivates you to be healthier, more relaxed, balanced, and happier. Health coaching can help you find manageable ways to break through any resistance on your journey to better health.
Why work with me?
I specialise in helping women manage their stress & anxiety and to feel calmer and more balanced. Whether through life events or other health issues, I will help you get to the root cause(s) to empower you to make the right changes in your day-to-day habits. I look at what is going on for you, including stress levels, sleep, digestion, mood, hormonal health, movement, and nutrition, plus other factors. I work with you to find the best solution to implement workable steps to inspire and motivate and overall make a difference to how you feel.
You will be supported along the way in a safe and nurturing environment, that will allow you to make the necessary changes to feel great! My background is in biomedical sciences, and more recently I trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) and I have additional training in hormonal health. I am accredited with the UK & International Health Coaches Association (UKIHCA). Just know that you are in good hands.
