Hormonal Balance

Hormonal balance: including cycle regulation, PMS, perimenopause & menopause support

Regulating your monthly cycle

Sometimes our monthly cycle may change due to a number of factors including stress, nutrition or too much exercise. It could also be due to another underlying health condition or hormonal fluctuations.

Specialist reflexology can work with you to try to balance your cycle naturally. Different reflexes are worked on, depending on which week of your cycle you are in. You can choose to have the reflexology alone or combine it with hormone testing to dig deeper into what is going on for you. We can find out exactly what is happening with your hormonal health and work with Future Woman to make recommendations.

Reflexology can also help with perimenopausal/menopausal symptoms. A study has shown that chronically elevated cortisol (1) (which occurs when we are stressed) increases the likelihood of severe menopausal symptoms, reflexology can help to bring these levels down, thus decreasing some of these symptoms.

You can have reflexology on its own or combined with some health coaching, to really explore what else you can do to support your body at this transitional time.
