About Us

Helen Blacker BSc(Hons), MAR, ARR

Helen has a real passion for health and wellbeing and believes that nutrition and managing stress can have a huge impact on our body and mind. She has a degree incorporating biomedical sciences and in her previous role she worked in the pharmaceutical sector within oncology and rare diseases. She also worked at the Mental Health Providers Forum training staff on the Recovery Star model, a coaching tool for people managing their mental health. She coaches women on managing stress, eating for optimal health and guides people through her health coaching to make incremental changes that can have a big impact on their lives. 

She has trained in coaching and mentoring with Zeal solutions, she is a reflexologist, including additional training in pregnancy and fertility reflexology (trained with Seren Fertility, who work with fertility centres). She also has a level 4 diploma in nutrition, certified by the Association of Nutrition.

Dr Neelam Taneja, PhD, Member IAYT, Life Fellow RSM

Neelam is an accredited teacher of Meditation, Mindfulness and Therapeutic Yoga therapy. He has over 30 years of teaching experience to adults and children in private settings, schools and business in the UK and internationally. He trained with a number of renowned teachers including Dr Deepak Chopra MD, Dr David Simon MD and Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, founder of Transcendental Meditation.​​

He is a registered senior yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance (UK) and the Independent Yoga Network (IYN) He is a member of the International Yoga Therapy Association.

Neelam has a PhD in sciences from London and is a Life Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine, UK.

Neelam is the director and co-founder of the `Inner Peace Centre in Hertfordshire, a not for profit organisation. The Inner Peace Centre is dedicated to promoting peace through mindfulness, yoga and meditation, practice and education.
